Example: pet:groudy passive "reduces damage by 8%" *pet hits target* my damage goes from 2481 to 1800/1900
this isnt 8%
I also tested with other pets that did dmg reduction like slag ellie breezaga their passive claims to do 10% but its doing 25%
am i missing something here?

bug is: when u getting that %dmgreduce debuff (doesnt matter how much %) u also loosing %dmg which ur pet gives to u
(easiest way to check that - using pets which doesnt give u any stat, only %dmg like esteban, blight or same heroics - u will see that u have same dmg with/without those pets while u debuffed)
No bugs: 1) damage reduction is applied before armor; 2) debuffs override buffs.
If I understand the scenario correctly:
"A" has a pet that applies x% damage reduction de-buff on "B" through pet passive. "B" losses any %damage buff he gets from his pet.
In that case Azebor is right, its not a bug. This is how it works, debuffs overrides buffs irrespective of %.
