Looking for level cap grind team please

So uh yea, I still haven't capped my Engineer and most of my friends have. Almost nobody I know is doing xp runs. I have trouble finding Ric after midnight cause his time zone is like that.

Would anybody be able to help me cap please? Looking for a full Mantle party with times that can match mine. I'm in Eastern time, and usually play from 9pm onward, but if I don't see anybody online I just log. I also check in the daytime hours.

You yourself don't need to be grinding to 41. Any character that can play Mantle is fine too.
