Some chests tradable but some not?

Hi,I just want to ask you guyz why I cant sell "Elite x chest II" but I see elite chests in AC

Those you see are Banded Chests, from the new Dead City expansion.

In Auction House you can see non banded too.why?

They are non-Elite.
