It looks very...very blurry
What do you do to make this bug occur?
I cant take screenies, this is takin with another phone of the screen

Also if ur phone is rooted with a experimental rom, I would suggest to flash another rom...

This happens to me wen i get a text n the text box pops up on the screen
Maybe u fiddled with the battery saver option. That makes some graphic change...
