Bear- What is a good dps/tank build skills-stats/gear + farm spot?

I'm only about 3 weeks into playing pl and I'm up to lvl 68 and so far I'm almost pure stre with little dex using tamin club of big top with ghoul shield. I do ok dmg and can tank a lil bit but without a good daily elixir it's hard to solo anything my level without taking forever.. Unless I'm in a bigger group which seems to be rare. Also I can't afford plat and have done all my free offers so is there a good easy place to farm for things that will sell?
