Question about Angel wings?

Can you only get this for birds? Does anyone have picture of it? I really want to know how it looks like.

The wings will only appear on a bird.

Are you sure these are the 15 plat item packs? I'm confused, because my gf bought one of these 'premium bird armor packs', but didn't get an armor with wings with it. Isn't it so that you can only get them when you create a premium char for 50plat?
