Where are the Gnome npc-s?

I wanna see more of them, they look so cool. Maybe replace the existing mage npc-s with gnomes?

Maybe there will be more NPCs during the 'probable' reconstruction of garetta community event

Yeah, Garetta is HUGE! Sadly, most of it is empty space.

Seeing a few gnome children running around in a circle playing tag would be a fun thing to see
