1. It depends, xp orbs function like regular drops so you can reroll from time to time. As for 20k xp orbs, well, they are rare but they can drop from time to time. 1k xp ones are more common so, it all just adds up trust me.
2. I know people who have leveled from 1-85 in a day or so, its not hard at all.
They drop infrequently, as they are technically items, wear a bigger luck to re-roll for them more often
63-73 should take about 10minutes if you get good xp drops, if it's for twinking, just be careful you dont overshoot and go past 73.
I find Shamus Rock Ale (100% Luck) to be very good in prison.
Honestly yesterday got a toon from 1-80 in roughly 40 minutes. Had a 3x blessing though and used the 5 min elixir you buy for 7000 gold the entire time
