Map opening timers bugged in shuyal arena.

The timers for dm and vg shows they are full and yet not open (actually they are), and times for northal and cryo disappear totally. This happens only in shuyal arena, and is fine as soon as you leave.

Known issue - some portions of conditional content are disabled in that zone, and that affects the map.
