Epic fail im on the galaxy s vibrant and the watch video is bogus... Message states video loading or ive used all available uses for the day.... Grrrr I have never watched a video its always a red !... Why?

Well.....this happens to me too. Im sure STS would fix thou :)
All it means is that STS is in the process of uploading videos to Pocket Legends that are yet to come. Just wait a little bit, and their will be announcements in game that will let you know when you can watch videos for platinum.
