New Enhancement Suggestion

We basically have any possible enhancements you might want. One of the only enhancements we don't have is a proc-chance. Alot of people buy weapons just for the proc. Adding a possibility of 5% proc chance would be a great addition in my opinion.

Pros: More procs (duh)
Increased survivability (such as the stun with Dragon Hunter Blades)
More Elite Awakening Gems being opened / increase of demand for certain weapons

Cons: Certain weapons would benefit more than others (eg. Dragon Hunter Sword)
~probably a lot more but I'm too tired to think of them right now :p ~

What do you guys think? Would this be beneficial or detrimental?

Its already to hard get or find what we want. Imo its nice idea but not really necessary
