the reason he said on your phone is because as stated the feature is not available via google chrome because you can use a computer to play this game.
follow the instructions on the article and it should work :D
there are many offers that arent working...keep that in mind and i dont have an answer to this,maybe is an offer apearing with out sts putting it :"D thats all i can say and explainn this
