are Immortal weapons still the best at lvl cap 61?

so I'm thinking if arcane weapons immortal are still the best ones.
i just wanna get a new weapon but don't wanna waste gold if it is not good anymore or if there is something better now..

There will come mythic 61 soon which will be definitely better than arcanes 46/56

Till u cant get your hands on the new mythic ones, immortals are the best.

Arcane weapon stat, not better than Rare weapon lvl 61 haha, poor for people buy that :(
