PET: Flounder lvl1 --- 100% miss hit enemies on elite map) - +5% dmg
Jack (L21): +15% dmg


RESULT

ASSAULT WEAPONS

Clever Vorpal (L21) - proc 100 critical
DPS:130+
Avg dmg: 80+-100+
Critical damage = +125% both normal attack & all skills
Proc rate: high, last about 2sec
Increase dmg for skyward smash & chest splitter -hit 450damage+

Note: Agile, Clever & Mighty vorpal seem to have different Proc rate

Mighty Trollbane (L21) - proc trollbane
DSP: 111
Avg damage: 70-85+
Trollbane Proc damage: 16 - 21
Proc rate: high
Pet: Flounder +5% damage / Jack +15% damage has no effect on trollbane damage

Note: noticed higher damage for normal hit, critical, skills

Avg dmg: 45-55+
Proc rate: high, stun target for 3-4sec?

Avg dmg: 50-55+
Heat burst(HB) damage: 38~56

ARMOR TEST

Armor: 1060 / DSP: 80+ / Pet: Flounder +5%
Avg dmg received: 180-250dmg normal hit from spear mobs, elite gold mine

Armor: 1004 / DSP: 100+ / Pet: Flounder +5%
Avg dmg received: 190-330dmg normal hit from spear mobs, elite gold mine

Armor: 800 / DSP:100+ / Pet: Flounder +5%
Avg dmg received: 230-370dmg normal hit from spear mobs, elite gold mine

Armor: 500/ DSP: 100+
Avg dmg received: 290-400+ normal hit from spear mobs, elite gold mine

Add new test weapon - my final legendary @ L21 cap

Pit Sword of Fatality - proc heat burst
DSP: 127
avg dmg: 70-90+
heat burst dmg:60+
Proc rate: terrible, moderate- proc abt 1time per mob

switched Fire Choppa L16 - re test
DSP dropped to 85+
avg dmg: 50-60+
heat burst damage: 50+

somehow, i feel fire choppa proc heatburst more often.....?


Conclusion: over-rated, -- Vorpal highest DSP output, hands down

I have a feeling STS might still change some of the stats on the newer weapons. I just don't see why they have the same or close-to stats as the old ones!

Armor test is flawed since you don't show what the dodge and HP of each is. 850 armor and 7% dodge is better than 1000 armor.

And how did you do the armor test? 1060 armor is extremely hard to get and would hurt dodge/HP massively.

If you have 1060 armor and you take a hit for 180 and only have 2600HP that is the exact same as 850 armor and taking a hit for 230 but have HP of 3300.

Both allow 14.4 hits on the war before death. That doesn't account for Dodge since if I wanted I could bump dodge to 10% without effecting HP, which would give 17 hits before death against your high armor build

I tested 21 infernal suffering on elite jarl ,i kill 10 secs faster compare to using a lv 20 mighty vorpal of assault.

Im using same pet n items each run n i only Start to attack boss on 1 min mark. So its pretty fair to say infernal doing better than vorpal even the 21s

i took down Elite jarl in 73 seconds average with lv 21 suffering and 70 seconds with lv 21 vorpal. its on same item ,pet, time when attack starts. Infernal is good as team & bosses, but wont make you god solo elite map..

Mighty Vorpal L21 at Dsp 135+ is the only weapon i could hit 450+ damage critical so far.

DEX / Dodge / L21 Agile item test

Since im pure str war, i bought an entire set of agile items, ring, neck with str, dex+ dodge stats yesterday

The result was awesome and pleased seeing many "misss" and "dodge", less pot

Dodge 24.2

DPS 95.1
Armor 772

Sorry I do not know your arrogance.

here, I'm just sharing my thoughts as one of those who spent $100+ on X platinum. As an extreme consumer, i just like people to know, and spend their GOLD wisely - and not spending xxx,00000 gold on a stupid crap sword e.g; Pit of Fatality like some of us..

who knows, STS may be selling them at such high price :)

People should know cheap Agile items can be solid and fun for warriors.. Dex + Dodge are important stats .. if you have played D3 Mp10, you know.

The answer to your question ? Jarl or cheap gold elite boxes means nothing to me. I rather do run normal or elite map over and over again

I have another 1200+ platinum not knowing what to do .. wasting my time reset all skills over 30 times to play around with different combinations.

Good luck to you killing the fat dumb Jarl a million times, collecting boxes or eggs.
