He has always appeared in there.


I forget, but I believe he is supposedly able to drop Pinfeathers.
Way faster to find the pet other ways, though.

It's one of the few jokes in the game.
If you let Jarl talk in Brackenridge, he says something like "You can't stop me, I'm packing all my gold and leaving". I believe he went to sunbathe on this little island :-)
I got a locked from him twice, but no egg.
