Did I read someplace that if you item doesn't sell that you are not charged or that you are refunded the listing fee?
How about some type of relisting option, like relist items at ##% discount..

The fee is for listing the item for sale, and is not refunded in any case. If you list something too high for it to sell, you're out the amount of the fee.

How about this option:
List until it sales for a 10% fee..
I really like that. I think I've spent a few 100K on list fees since the CS came out.
