UP GRADE HOOKS to lvl 30 or 31

hope they upgrade hooks to lvl 30 or 31 to next lvl cap :fatigue:

I hope not. Hooks were only arcane weapon on level 26 cap, mages and warriors had none of those. Probably level 41 cap will bring us new arcane rogue weapon, though better it would be all 3 class arcane weapons starting lvl41.
