Need pvp advice

Hey guys i havent been playing very often lately cuz i was bored of the events and when arcane weps pet slots and awaken came, i fell behind becuase i was to poor. Had warmonger on my mage at lvl 18.
Got 4k plat from an offer lol
Now i have 11m and wanting to get back into pvp
Do i have enough gold and what lvl is best
Mage or rogue?

Btw loving this lovecraft event

pvp at 41 is not bad, but mostly pvp is very active at 57+

I'm sure the most active pvp is Endgame(61) but lvl48pvp is not bad and rogue is the best atm

What about below lvl 25

13-15,16-18 or go back to 23-25(gone a bit more active now)
