Where to loot hero's Wing Shield

the wing shield i have is for level 19..

still looking for wing shield for lvl 24+

anyone has found it before?:D

I believe I've seen it a few times in Fathom Crypt - "Quick Pain!"

are all shields strength based?

I just realised such thing doesn't exist. But since the store is open for wing shields. I can just buy from them.

It actually does, i have one that i got from fathom last dungeon.. quick pain. its a green level 24 item and its better than the one in store
