How do you message

how do you message with out having some one as a friend?

what i mean is not by touching a character on the same screen as you, but if you left a place and wanted to send a message.

or in pvp, the other player is not on your team and not on your friends

You can go /t or /tell (name inserted here) yo yo yoooo and then boom and when they message back u go /r yoo yooo yooo
