Fox Skill CD too high

Hey I'm just bringing this out to guys about Fox Skill CD, Tbh idk if you guys Pvp with fox at end lvl but it's a pain in *** tbh when I need to use my evasion skill I can't use it why bcus it's still in cool down and same goes for my heal skill and Tbh this is not fair. They are only two skills that I have problems with there cool down an it's the Evasion and the healing skill Tbh there cool down is too high. So I was Cinco if you can look into this please.

Evasion used to have 3-5 second cool down, no idea why people asked to increase it

Fox evasion/ability to remove debuffs does need some type of rework. Perhaps making the evasion skill also remove debuffs continuously while active similar to rhinos guardian skill. Or making the heal ability remove the debuff instead so foxes can use their dodge buff without worrying about being a sitting duck when hs/frost/root hits.

Birds and bears have about a 16 second cooldown on heal, to put that disadvantage into perspective lol

Fox evasion has a 15 second cooldown with a 10 second duration. This means that 2/3 of your time fighting is going to be spent with a dodge buff on, this seems rather balanced to me.

Also, the fact that a buff clears negative status effects is a unique mechanic given to fox because of the classes nature. It's kit (skills and damage scaling) are built for quick assassination. With these strengths, a clear weakness is needed to balance it. In this case, it is the possible exploitation of the foxes inability to un-stun.

It was a 2-3 second duration with the same 15 second cooldown... it was very underpowered xD!
