Which house would I need to open it ?
Also how much luck does it add?

It can be be used to gain 2% luck on tavern house. The luck won't work on lower housing and the cost should be 350k or less however easily available n auc for around 400k-500k. personally. better to buy Hisha which i assume u already have

I tested it on lodge. And yes luck is available for only tavern users but graphic part is available for all houses :)
