Crafting Sang leather help?

I am crafting sang leather so I have got the components but then of course you need the normal sang leather but what level one there was a 61 sang and leather and 63 sang leather in cs so what level one should I get or does it not matter what level?

it would cost you around 1mil. the crafted one only costs 1-200k more. I would have recommended just buying it crafted.
