Hi, I'm just a level 40 Rogue asking for a build checkup...
Stats: All Dex.

Razor shield with prolonged time and dodge buff (3/5)

It works pretty well for me, just re skilled today.

I assume you plan to do elite PvE?
If so, shadow veil only 4/5 - no explosion it's useless and better spent on other stuff

I'd swap the 5/5 on Dodge for 5/5 on DMG.
5% added Dodge doesn't amount to much when most Rogues are hovering around 30-35% as it is. Then, add in the Veil buff, Razor and Mali's Arcane, and you should be >70%, so what's another 5%?
DMG on the other hand is percent based, so if you have 400 DMG (just to keep a round number, because you should be higher than that), that would mean you actually have 420 DMG all the time. Buffs only scale that DMG up higher, so I would recommend DMG passives - especially in these new elite maps.
Actually, here was the actual thing lol, there's no dodge buff lol.
