Where to buy gears?

you see, i used to play Pocket legends in pocket legends there are NPCs that sells equipments and gears.
So in this Game(Star Legends) are there any NPCs that sells gears and equipments.

There is no NPCs that sell items but there is like a machine called"Auction" in the base where you can buy everything you want.
