Horn of Renew Taunt Not Working

I've edited this thread a few times. I should have done all my testing before making it; sorry for that.

Since today's update, the taunt effect from Challenge upgrade (to Horn of Renew) is not working properly. There seems to be a graphical error and players can't visually see the "!"s pop up. Please check it out. Thanks.

The test that yielded the best results:

- Went to Elite Forest with a sorcerer who gained aggro by proximity only. HoR pulled mobs off her... can't see a "!" however.
- Seems to be just the "!" graphic not working.
- All other taunt skills appear to be working, with the "!"s showing.
