where do you get the new vanities?

im talking about alien mirage ensemble and gem studded regalia.

i meant where are the elite underworld bosses? do i have to be lvl 75 to find them?

From what I'd heard, you can get from "underworld eruption" a plat pay dungeon,
And red dragon slayer(have to be lvl76 to enter that)
