After recent update curse skill does not work and has no effect on mobs. Please look into it and fix asap or free respec will be a waste and one skill slot as well.

Worked fine for my level 9 just now on the live server
They probably keep 'missing' you because you're a higher level, it happens a lot.

Is this happening to you in PvP also?
I would have to agree with this. You are probably so much higher in level than them that they do practically no damage to you, and thus there is no reflected damage onto them.Quote:

However on trying it out you are right Grimmy. Just tried it out in Shuyal. It does cause reflected damage, which causes the description to be misleading. Also did it then not work right before when mobs died just on curse in brackenridge?
BTW the skill also causes attackers power to be reduced by 10% but causes a charged skill to cause increased damage by 15% which makes it 5% increased attack in the end if its reflected dmg? Devs seriously need to clarify this skill.
I would have to admit that it is very confusing. Here are the notes from the patch when they changed this skill to reflect damage on enemies:

As you can see, they said very little about it and I believe have not enlightened us on how this skill works since then. To me it appears to be an adaptation of the reflect skill of the wolf boss at Mount Spyr where damage from the attacker is reflected, and for some strange reason causes an insane amount of damage when dot is reflected (you will see this with the dot from time when used against the wolf boss or in pvp against a curse mage).
It is a very good question which has been raised before. If you get the option that decreases the damage of your enemy does it also decrease the amount of reflected damage?
It would be very nice to get some clarification.
