How do I check if I have re-specs?

Hi,

I have gathered from the recent re balance update that we are given re specs but how can I tell how many I have left or if i have any at all? I remember before the new client it would give a number of how many I had.

We didn't grant respecs, it simply costs nothing to respec your character.
