How to Obtain Pet Bursty?

Its a green pet with no eyes and a large mouth. The owners said he got it from Spacetime, but i couldnt find it. How do you get it?

Old hive event. The one where you burst eggs with the flamethrower. If you wait enough, it will come out again fir newer players.
