"Luck" passive skill

I think, "Luck" passive skill can be added to other passives. It should give permanent +1,2,3,4,5% re-roll chance. I think, it can be a good skill point investment and nice addition to Leprechaun. Why not? A farmer needs it more than +5% damage or +5% armor.

This will be a dissapointment for farmers when the loot they farm will become less rare.
