For a mage, level 26 - 31 is the best where mages can own anyone!

I would love to clarify that 41 is not Twink... 41 is endgame. Twink is specifically stated in wiki as a gay person or in pvp terms... a low lvl player with MAX gear. So all you low lvl players running around w/o max gear ur not a twink ur just a low lvl pvp player.
