I looted an arcane item there once! Buts its one of those epic amulets with "arcane" on their name. I think its called arcane amulet of force or something.
If you get an SS of you looting an Arcane or even a Mythic from said Elite Chest I will give you OVER 9000! Virtual cookies :)
I looted a mythic once from Elite Golden Pirate, a helm when they were around 2.5m
But never heard of anyone else nor arcanes.
My guildmate once got Arcane Maul by opening around 50 Elite Golden.
I, myself, has opened quite a bunch and never got any mythic nor arcane items.
