How this is possible to have one before the event ends

I was amazed by seeing this Great animation effect of head vanity of snakes moving!! Good Job STS!! i just starred at the head for 5min when she was at watchers tomb and i want to know that The event is still onn and how it is possible to have the vanity which is only awarded to the top 25 on LB players of Halloween event

It's a prize from forum event which already ended and prize got distributed, its one of them , and not of the LB prizes ... :)
