I have an issue

After the plat sell was over and I came back into the game I'm seeing green weapons and banners, its weird plz fix

Refresh or kill the app and restart it.

Did that and its not working

It's the classic little glitch after each upgrade where some textures fail to load. Make sure you killed the app and reopened it, not just exited to home and back.

Have you tried re-installing as of yet? Be sure that your account is registered if you are using a guest account.
