I am having the same problem too. I sent email but still no response.
My suggestion is this...it tells u ur new password will b there shortly but it's been almost 2 days n I still ain't got mine n others having the same problems...I suggest that if u say something make it true..

Check your spam folder. Sometimes your spam filter detects these automated e-mails as spam.
Me and Another player mslove is having the same problem, she lost a lvl 41 account months back similarly
