I know this has been mentioned before. The Paragon title is the go-to for recruiting at end-game for sure. However, it's outdated now as we have many more APs to earn. I would like to suggest a new title for those people with over 15K APS.

Agreed, will give a better idea of a person's skills.
I would also suggest title's for tombs and arena( like 100 runs or something), helpful to seperate the veterans from the newbies

Yes candy,aps are increasing till expansion and they should update a ap and title for 15k aps and 20k aps
And also to make sure our fellow members of enigmatic shud show and how many aps they have got :D
This would be super useful for recruitment and promotion in guilds as well as giving people a little goal on the side to work on ^_^ Everyone loves a title!
