If I get the Goblin Altar relic:
1) I have unlimited usage of this relic and whenever I see a event portal I can enter it for free for 90 seconds?
2) Invite to party anyone and he/she can ented for free also?
3) Use the relic the same way in every other event or is it for this event only?
