Hi all what s happen?

Okay so like i play game and button not working? I presst button And only work first time, then press next button and it dont work so i ask whyo i have press so many time for it to work the second time but no first time? I just die but not before. I ask people and they say go here and say to u guys but becuse they say they will kick off if i say i no like gcd? Why they going to kick off if i just ask? This first time here sorry my friend do a spell check u...

The reason you can't press the next skill button immediately is because of gcd (global cool down). It's a chance in the interface that allows for a more tactical gameplay.
