What's the advantage of having more than 100% hit?? And what does the number after critical mean?? Ty
hit means you hit 100% of the time with your skills and weapon (although dodge factors against this). Having Critical % is the chance to do double damage. (I think dodge also factors in this)
At exactly 100% dodge, it theoretically means you will never miss your skills or normal attack. But in PL, there are dodge/debuffs that will decrease this amount, and having more than 100% let you have more hit percentage when debuffed or to counter enemys' dodge.
The number after crit is also percentage, just there is no percent sign ;D
Correct me if im wrong, but i remember someone saying there is a hit % cap.
