Guide: What is worth Reporting

Well most of us PL players,like to report people for dooing nothing.
Most of Developpers have trouble with these unsignificent reports,it is hard work to know if the report is for a Scam (real one) or Behavor (not for saying word like noob or booting -_- )
Rules Of Report:
1.If Report for a Scam,try to know what is a Scam first ;) in this guide : http://www.spacetimestudios.com/show...439#post322439
2.If there is a Bad Behavor: It is not Booting! or neither if someone doesn't wanna pay for a stuff you're selling.As much as Bad behavor is When they are using 18+ elements ( words)... and much more.
3.Abuse of Report : May lead to a ban If you guys report many times for no Reason.
4.Spamming : You are free to report Spamming chat by saying the same word over and over again.

Hey buddy, not meant to troll here, but you might want to recheck that spelling again :)

I think this could become a nice thread for people to find out what's worth reporting or not. I'll try and come up with some things to add (fairly busy at work now :( )

You also might add a link to the TOS.
