Glinstone Signet of the Slayer

Hello guys,

I tried long time now to play with glinstone set as well as with planar pendant/arcane ring
I came to a conclusion that I upload some pics where u can see stats compaired with Blood Ruby of Shuyal.

Enjoy, and maybe I get some answers of why the level 46 mystic seems similar to level 31

Blood ruby level 31 gives +51hp -4 dodge, -3,65 crit, -11dmg, +150mana -16dps

Honestly, not only me has expected smth more powerful than just a bit better blood ruby.
I m aware that the glinstone set is a pve set but actually seems like a waste of time and gold.
So, I m still hoping for a little buff, eg health, mana, damage,

is an option, but eversince they sre limitated the price of it is insane and when u now want full grand ... it will cost a lot of gold and they are fixed to gear :-/
