I just read somewhere that STS is taking into consideration top lb players get the banner that was suppose to be gifted once we reached plat tier, and since we didn't get to plat, the players on lb will be given it instead.

I am on rengol rebuild board aswell, there we also didnt get any suprise. And the title you are saying wasnt earned by beeing on lb, but by supllying x amount of those stuff back then
