Joystick resets itself

Hi I have a problem with the controls sometimes the joystick resets itself every like 2 seconds making it impossible to move around if I rotate my device I can walk normally but I cannot charge the skills. Sorry for my bad English I hope it's understandable

I'm using Samsung Tab 4 if that helps anything

mine does that too, seems to be worse when game is laggy.
