Game just.....stops

I just downloaded this and I love it, great game but there are a few issues on my fascinate. First off, sometimes the game will not load. It acts like it will, but then it just goes back to my home screen. I have to restart my phone to get the game to load. sometimes it will even do that in a middle of running down the hall.

Note I do have a rooted phone running CM7, but I wouldn't think this would make a difference.
