Are respec scrolls dropping? Can't even find one.
it do drop from bosses..but not very often..last time i ran tindirin map 1 for a few times and got the respec scroll.

Run arena you'll find altleast one every 1-3 runs

Try running planar arena . It drops good there
Arena has good drop.. 4 bosses in 1 run
