Green Items actually Orange

I was looking through the items in my inventory and noticed something interesting. For the engineer, there are items that have a green name, but when selected are actually Orange.

Class VI Shocktite Vest (all levels) - is a green item but the picture is an orange and it is also missing the extra attribute the "Limited Class VI Shocktite Vest" has, which is green, and the picture is green.

Type VI Flashguns too

There is also a shield that has both green and yellow in its name. Can't recall the name atm.
