If I'm not mistaken you need to get goblin mob boss in arena. Even normal attack kills him.
Its possible i runned 120 runs in a row still notQuote:

It depends on luck. When i ran arena ( cap 46 ) i got it on my first arena run ever so yeah it is. I've meet it even few times a day when i was farming arena chests for vials like crazy. Good old times hahaQuote:

A tiny Goblin that appears very rarely till u get the AP & appears every 50 runs once after u get the AP. JK :pQuote:

I don't know when i got the AP but i have encountered him 15-16 times after i got the AP, all that i can say is keep running till u find him.
