so i have a lvl 10 twins with lvl5 sorcerers armor (Requ. 22 int) and lvl 10 buwandas staff of doom (requ. 32 int)
it was a pure int enchantress with 1 str 2 dex and 52 int (66 with everything equipped)
i decided to go dual and did 27 int + 26 str
now when i equipped sorcerer (+ 7 int) and some cheap hood that gives 1 int i had 34 int but could still not equip buwanda even though the requirement for it is 32 int
is this supposed to be that way or a bug?
its because equips now require your base stat to be at the mim lvl
exp if bruwandas requires 32 int, your BASE int must be 32 or more
base int is basically how many stat points you put into a certain stat, it does not include the added int from equips
STS has promised that they will lower the stat requirements on all the items so that people can dual spec, however that update unfortunately is long over due xD
the only items that have been fixed are items above lvl 45, i think some AO items, and wyldwood items
everything else isnt fixed yet
to this day im still not sure why they opt'd to go this route...had they left the item boosting in there would be some items that would be still in demand and now they created more work for themselves that takes away from other developments
so that means i will not be able to dual spec at lvl 10 until requirements for weeps of doom are down to 26 :S
