first u need all these stuffs for the weapon (not the vanity)..ingredients can be found from normal and elite cryostarQuote:

then for the vanity version u need to convert the above weapon using 1 vanity recipe (drop from elite cryostar using hunter elixir) and 50 cryostar essences.
